What does Shipping cost you?
The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of your order and its destination, and will be calculated during the checkout process. However, if your cart total exceeds $59 USD, we will ship your order to your doorstep at no additional cost.
Custom Fee's
When any fees incurred due to customs regulations or other related costs, such as taxes or duties, are the sole responsibility of the customer. While this is a rare occurrence, we advise our customers to be aware of potential fees and to check with their local customs office for more information.
Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days, and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Kindly be informed that we have several international warehouses from which we dispatch our orders. The delivery time for your order may vary depending on factors such as the warehouse location, demand, and stock availability. We will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any potential delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided tracking number. After that, you will be able to track your order on Track my Order.
Holiday Season and Peak Period Shipping
During busy times such as the holiday season, Black Friday, and other major shopping events, delivery services can experience higher than usual volumes, potentially leading to delays in shipping times. Please be aware that these delays are often outside of our control and can affect the estimated delivery times for your order.
We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. However, during these peak periods, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery due to potential delays in the shipping network.

Missing Package(s)?
In the unlikely event that your items do not arrive at your door, please follow these steps:
- Has one of your flatmates picked up your item?
- Is there a similar address nearby, where it could have been mistakenly delivered to?
- Call your post office and ask them about your package

Delayed Shipments Policy
If your delivery timeframe exceeds three times the original estimated delivery date, we will take prompt action to resolve the issue. After verifying the delay with the delivery service and determining that the package cannot be delivered within a reasonable extended timeframe, you will have the option to choose between the following resolutions:
- Reshipment: We will assume the product is lost in transit and reship a replacement at no additional cost. Additionally, as a token of our apology for the inconvenience, we will include a special offer for use on a future purchase.
- Full Refund: If the delay is confirmed and reshipment is not possible, we will issue you a full refund for the delayed shipment.
If your package is delayed but hasn't yet reached the required timeframe for these resolutions, you can still contact us. We will communicate with the delivery service on your behalf to try to expedite the process and ensure your package reaches you as soon as possible.

- This policy is subject to applicable local consumer protection laws. In jurisdictions where specific refund or delivery guarantees apply, we will comply fully with those regulations.
- "Delayed" refers to any shipment not delivered within the expected timeframe as calculated from the original estimated delivery date.
